  • Avoid fatty foods. Try to stay away from all fatty foods like flours, sugar and dairy products. Reduce the intake  of these foods. The lesser you take these food items the better it will be for your health. Digestion of food items made from refined flour and dairy products may become an issue with increasing age.  Obese men show a higher tendency to develop Prostate Problems.
  • Omega 3 is a very important supplement that can help to deal with any Prostate Problems. You can find some food items and medicines that have omega 3. You can consult your doctor too on what will be the best source of omega 3 for your body. Omega 3 can also be very beneficial for your overall health. Tuna and salmon has Omega 3 in them

2. Reduce your intake of alcohol and caffeine

Rduction in the consumption of alcohol and caffeine can reduce your Prostate Problems to a great extent. If you are too much into alcohol it can lead to a lot of health problems.  Try to ensure that you have lesser alcohol as you age.

3. Start on multivitamin supplements

There are some multivitamin supplements that you can have too in order to reduce your chances of developing Prostate Problems. There are many such supplements available in the market but it is best to discuss it with your physician.  These supplements ensure that the testosterone levels in your body are under control. These nutrients contain zinc which is good for Prostate Problems.

4. Opt for natural remedies and self control in case of other health issues

2. Another remedy that is often recommended is drinking corn silk. You can make this drink by boiling the corn silk in water. You must drink three cups of this magic drink in a week.

3. Drink a lot of water. Many men reduce the intake of water as frequent urination is common in Prostate Problems. This is wrong instead at least 8 glasses of water must be had.

4. Relish tomatoes for they can be good in prostate problems.

5. Opt for soy based products over dairy products.
